Aaraa's 7-Day Return Policy

At Aaraa, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 7 days from receipt to return your item. Here's how it works:

Reporting Issues

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. To help us quickly resolve the issue, please provide an unboxing video and photos. We take full responsibility for in-transit damages and will exchange the product or process a 100% refund—no questions asked!

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Our products are made of natural stones. Cracks, textures, internal dirt spots, and minor imperfections are normal and should not be considered manufacturing defects. We inspect each product before shipping to ensure it is safe for use. We recommend testing the product on your hand before using it on your face.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at aaraa.ofl@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

Size Issues

Before purchasing a bracelet, please refer to our size chart to ensure the correct size is selected. We will confirm the size selection with you. If the bracelet doesn't fit, you will need to send it back to our warehouse at your expense, and we will charge INR 60/- for re-shipping. For any doubts regarding sizes, please contact our support staff.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards.

COD Orders and Shipping Charges

Refunds apply only to the product price and do not include shipping/COD charges.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Refunds usually reflect within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

For cancellations, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.

Dislike Our Product?

If you want a refund because you do not like the product, you are responsible for re-shipping the item to our warehouse. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund (shipping cost not refundable).
