Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders across India! No minimum purchase required. We believe in making your shopping experience as convenient and affordable as possible.

📦 Order Processing

Processing Time: 1-2 working days

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next working day
  • During festive seasons and sales, processing may take an additional 1-2 days
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed

🏠 Delivery Process

What to Expect:

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided during checkout
  • 2-3 delivery attempts will be made if you're unavailable
  • You may receive a call from the delivery partner before delivery
  • Signature may be required upon delivery

If You're Not Home:

  • The courier partner will leave a delivery note with details
  • You can reschedule delivery or arrange pickup from the courier's local office
  • Contact the courier partner using the phone number on the delivery note
  • If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us, and you'll be contacted for re-dispatch

Address Changes:

  • Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if packaging appears tampered with or damaged
  2. If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  3. Email us at aaraa.ofl@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
    • Brief description of the damage

Incorrect Orders:

Received the wrong item?

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Email aaraa.ofl@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the item received
  3. Keep the product unused and in original packaging

Lost or Missing Packages:

If your package shows "delivered" but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building security, reception, or family members
  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation email
  3. Wait 24 hours as sometimes there are courier scanning delays
  4. Contact the courier partner directly using your tracking number
  5. If still not received, email us at aaraa.ofl@gmail.com with your order details

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, customer refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, lockdowns, or courier partner delays
  • PO Boxes: We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a complete physical address
  • Remote Areas: Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may experience extended delivery times beyond the estimates mentioned above
  • Peak Seasons: During festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year) and sale periods, delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes
